Beliefs

Mary Ellen believes that all aspects of a free and public education system must function with an understanding of the primary purpose of delivering student learning in the classroom. Education must be adaptable to each student's unique learning style, regardless of age, without bias, prejudice, or partiality. It is our duty as thoughtful and strategic leaders of any organization to strive toward giving every student the information and abilities they require to participate in our democratic society. More than ever before, students need to learn how to think critically and solve problems in order to become their best and most productive selves and have unlimited opportunities to succeed. The degree of achievement attained by each student in our care and supervision is the best indicator of the outcomes of our combined efforts.
