The E&S Development Group provides local government, public education, and non-profits with a partner who conducts diagnostic and "pain point" analysis of processes and systems in the areas of finance/budget, resource allocation, and human resources. If more than technical assistance is needed, we design role model strategies to address talent development or skill acquisition using professional development, coaching, and onboarding structures to retain and provide succession planning for hard-to-find positions.
